For our friends who don't know, a rugelach is a delicious pastry where the filling is laid on top of the dough, it's rolled like a mini crescent roll and baked until the whole house smells like a warm bakery on a cool fall morning. Named for the matriarch of the Fisher Family, Ronnie's Rugelach is the flavor that started it all. As the legend goes, the Fisher family was sitting around their NY kitchen eating frozen rugelach when one of them (which one is still in dispute) got the idea to make an ice cream that tasted as just as good and could bring back the feelings and emotions when we think of our own family traditions.  Well this is it!
